A University of Chicago Law event
This conference will explore recent research on an often overlooked aspect of firms' capital structure: namely, corporate creditors and the great degree they often have over corporate governance. The event will also provide a chance for scholars in this area to connect, and introduce this new area of research to academics who focus on corporate finance. Presented jointly by the Institute for Law and Economics and the Becker-Friedman Institute.
