The 12th annual event
IPSC brings together IP scholars to present their works-in-progress in a format that facilitates free-ranging discussion. This event focuses on topics including copyright, trademarks, unfair competition, patents, trade secrets and cyberlaw. The conference is co-sponsored by the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology; the Center for Intellectual Property, Law and Information Technology at DePaul College of Law; and the Stanford Program in Law, Science and Technology.
