A Stanford Program in Law, Science & Technology event
Stanford Law School and Samsung Electronics co-sponsor the second annual conference addressing timely issues in patent law. This year's conference will feature four panel discussions on patent infringement, ITC enforcement, patent valuation and acquisitions, and calculating patent damages. Speakers include TAP academics Richart Gilbert and Mark Lemley, alongside judges, attorneys, academics, and industry experts.
