Hosted by Seton Hall University School of Law

Scholars, legal practitioners, and policymakers have begun to consider pressing issues raised by artificial intelligence technologies. Traditional regulatory frameworks are a poor match for a world of ubiquitous data collection, “smart” environments, and automation at scale. This conference will bring together experts across disciplines and sectors to discuss possible solutions grounded in law, administrative policy, or organizational practice. Several TAP scholars will participate.
