Nick Banasevic, Case Manager of the European Commission’s antitrust cases against Google, will outline the main findings of the two prohibition Decisions that the Commission has adopted. At a time when there is a keen debate about the role and relevance of antitrust in hi-tech markets, he will examine what broader lessons can be drawn from the two cases for antitrust enforcement in this area.
