A Law and Economics Perspective
This University of Chicago conference will bring together a group of leading scholars from Europe and the United States to discuss economic analysis of private law, and deepen the understanding of the harmonization process in contracts and consumer law. Hosted by the Institute on Law and Economics. Conference papers and proceedings will be published in 2013 by the Common Market Law Review. TAP academics Omri Ben-Shahar, Richard Epstein, Saul Levmore, and Eric Posner are participating.
