Join faculty, students and others for Penn Law's Center for Technology, Innovation, and Competition spring workshop series. Sonia Katyal is Professor of Law at Fordham University. She will be speaking on her forthcoming book from Yale Press, Contrabrand: Art, Advertising and Property in the Age of Corporate Identity. In it, she focuses on the intersection of art, commercial speech, and trademark law within the First Amendment, showing how the law has shifted.
