Copyright and Trademark and Intellectual Property

Event Details

Hosted by the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology

With the adoption of the Directive on Copyright and Related Rights in the Digital Single Market (CDSM) and the Digital Services Act (DSA), the EU has moved away from the notice-and-takedown model for copyright enforcement and content moderation. This symposium features scholars, policymakers, and industry participants from both sides of the Atlantic assessing the shift to a more regulatory approach with a particular focus on copyright. TAP Scholar Pam Samuelson will participate.
