Andy Gavil Testifies at Congressional Hearing on Proposed Merger Between AT&T and T-Mobile

Earlier today the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on the Intellectual Property, Competition and the Internet held a hearing to examine "How Will the Proposed Merger Between AT&T and T-Mobile Affect Wireless Telecommunications Competition?"
